MSH Building Ltd is a Cwmbran based family run Construction Company, which has grown in strength since its incorporation in 2001,  with contracts awarded from £100 to £750,000.  We pride ourselves on values of quality, flexibility and sustainability.

  We refurbish properties to an extremely high standard and also build, modify, renovate and develop to provide communities with high-quality places to live and thrive.  

Being a local company, we employ individuals within our area and use local suppliers to maximise the Welsh Pound.  In addition to this we work with our clients to deliver community benefits for individuals within their communities.

With 27 years’ experience of working within both the private and public sector we have a particular expertise in working within resident occupied buildings. Sectors we have worked for in recent years include; Social Housing, Local Authorities, Universities, the MOD, Colleges & Schools.

Meeting time scales plays an integral part to contracts with MSH Building Ltd, each year we are awarded contracts for schools, colleges, or universities, who require their work done during holiday time. Through forward and strategic planning and the support of a strong administrative team, we achieve time scales by prioritising staff and sub-contractors and communicating effectively with suppliers and others involved in the project.  As we have forged strong and lasting links with local skilled trades, which enables us to increase our workforce as and when necessary.

 We currently have 26 ‘full time’ staff local staff and 14 company vans. Where we have had to increase this to meet our client’s demands, we can do so as necessary. This enables us to ensure that we can adhere to strict time frames and give our clients piece of mind in knowing that work will be undertaken as agreed.  We always meet deadlines.

Our Company provides a one-stop-shop for building services, where we employ staff in all the main trades of construction and can sign post or source more specialist services.  MSH Building Ltd also has five members of staff who are qualified to carry out non-licenced works on Asbestos.
